Hey, I’m Lucas 👋
My fitness journey started at 16, right after finishing secondary school. I was a skinny 100lb kid at 5'10, uninterested in sports and barely eating. But deep down, I knew I had to make a change. It wasn’t until a friend took me along for a gym session that everything clicked, I was hooked instantly.
At first, I was driven by my competitive nature; standing next to my friend made me realize just how much I wanted to make a change. So, I committed to a structured training program and proper nutrition. Within my first year, I packed on 20–25lbs, with about 80% of that being pure muscle. I now I sit at 160lbs, not the biggest guy in the room, but someone you can tell works out regularly.
After years of trial and error, I stepped into fitness coaching to help others achieve their own goals.
How I help you?
Fitness shouldn’t feel confusing or all-consuming. My job is to simplify the process, so you spend less time guessing and more time progressing. Together, we’ll build a structure that fits around your life, not the other way around.
