I’m 21 now, but my fitness journey started at 16, not from confidence, but from insecurity. I was underweight, uncomfortable in my own skin, and unsure of myself physically, so I began lifting weights to change that.
What started as a physical goal quickly became something deeper. At the time, I lacked discipline and struggled to stay focused. The gym gave me my first experience of committing to something with little short-term reward, but huge long-term return. Through that process,
I learned that progress is built, not gifted, and more importantly, that I am in control of my life’s trajectory.

About me
My name is Lucas Sinclair. I’m 21, building a life designed to support long-term, generational success.
My journey began at 16. I weighed barely 100 lbs and lacked direction, not just physically, but mentally and socially. Poor nutrition, low energy, and declining mental health defined a period where I felt disconnected from myself. I wasn’t just underweight; I was unsure of who I was becoming. I even found myself lying about how much I was eating just to avoid the conversations.
That experience reshaped everything.
Today, my work is about guiding others through their own transformation, not just changing their body, but rebuilding confidence, structure, and self-trust. I’ve helped over 20 individuals improve their body composition and completely reframe the way they approach training, nutrition, and themselves.
