My name is Lucas Sinclair, I am 21 building a life that allows me to travel the world

My journey into fitness didn’t begin with confidence or athleticism. At 16 years old, I weighed just over 100lbs and felt disconnected from myself physically, mentally, and socially. I believed being “skinny” meant being healthy, but the reality was very different. Poor nutrition, low energy, and declining mental health shaped a period of my life where I felt isolated and unsure of who I was becoming.

As I grew older, I began to understand just how deeply our habits, environment, and nutrition influence our wellbeing. The phrase “you are what you eat” stopped being a cliché and became something I had lived. Improving my health wasn’t just about building muscle, it was about rebuilding my mindset, my confidence, and my identity.

That journey changed everything for me.

What I do

I have worked with over 20+ individuals helping them to lose weight, develop strength and reset their posture.

My approach combines evidence-based programming with personalized systems that meet you where you are. From strategic meal planning to spontaneous coaching insights, I offer a holistic, human experience.

The "Fun Fact" Factor I’m a massive Lego fanatic, owning the two largest sets in the world, the Millennium Falcon and the Titanic. Incredibly, my neighbour gifted them to me. I bring that same patience and precision to building your results.
